How long does promotional ACTT take?
The length of your testing will vary depending on the ACTT package you choose and the number of candidates taking the test. For the Promotional ACTT, the testing period typically lasts for at least 2 days.
How long in advance should we contact FireACTT to customize our testing?
For any of our testing services, the sooner you contact us, the better. We appreciate and recommend 90 days advanced notice.
Is it possible to order our customized testing to be facilitated before 90 days?
We recommend a 90-day period for effective design and customization, but we are open to accommodating reasonable time requests.
How long does it take to receive the candidate’s final scores after testing?
Great news! You can receive the final scores of all candidates within hours of testing and evaluator grading. Simply provide your department's email address and we'll take care of the rest.
How will evaluators be able to legitimately grade our candidates if they are from a different area?
All candidates must complete a mandatory orientation before evaluating tests to maintain quality and consistency.
How much space does our department need to facilitate promotional testing?
Based on the FireACTT package purchased and the number of candidates testing, the number of rooms needed may vary.
